When booking an appointment for instrument repair, please note that selecting a service and time slot does not mean the repair will be completed while you wait. The appointment reserves your spot in our queue, ensuring that your instrument is prioritized for evaluation and repair during the scheduled time. Once your instrument is assessed, we will provide an estimated timeline for completion based on the nature of the repair and our current workload.
